Dr. Alaa Awad Mohammed Ahamed Abo El-Naga is a seasoned Consultant Emergency Medicine physician based in Bahrain. He holds a Bachelor of Medicine & Surgery (MBBS) from Mansoura University, Egypt, and is certified by the Egyptian Board of Emergency Medicine.

His extensive experience includes serving as an Emergency Medicine Senior Resident at Bahrain's Salmaniya Medical Complex (SMC), from October 2009 to July 2022 – a significant 12-year tenure demonstrating a high level of expertise and commitment to the field. Prior to his work in Bahrain, he gained valuable experience in various emergency medicine settings across Egypt.

He worked as a House Officer at his alma mater, Mansoura University, rotating through various specialties. Subsequently, he held positions at El Nasr General Hospital (ICU, CCU resident) in Port Said, Nasr City Hospital (ICU, CCU, ER resident and Emergency Medicine Specialist) in Egypt, and Suez Canal Hospital in Port Said (ICU,CCU,ER resident).

Beyond his clinical skills, Dr. Abo El-Naga possesses a Diploma in Total Quality Management of Health Care from the American University in Cairo, showcasing his dedication to improving healthcare systems.
